Never been so bummed about a skincare product

I have been buying this sleep mask for 4 years. I've gone through at least 12 jars of this. It was definitely my holy grail product. I noticed in my most recent restock that the tub had gotten smaller and the price went up. Honestly, not great behavior but I thought that if the product was still the same I would overlook it. After looking around a bit I see they reformulated :( I used to wake up with the softest most refreshed skin. The new formula dries out completely and does not give the same effect at all. It also smells really weird compared to the old formula which had no smell at all. They went and ruined a perfectly good thing. I've tried other sleep masks and nothing compares to the cicapair before reformulation.

Love the way my face feel in the morning when waking up after wearing this product overnight.

I absolutely love this mask. I have a super simple skincare routine and I usually apply this before bed. Currently going through acne bootcamp as well. This has helped my skin barrier sm through treatments and with redness. I wake up with

i’ve bought this mask so many times for years and it’s been a holy grail product for my dry skin. i have rosacea so it actually helped with that overnight and would clear any pimples or skin issues. the new formula makes me skin feel dry in the morning. it’s not as thick or hydrating and doesn’t do anything. it’s 25% smaller and $3 more so i would skip on this which is so disappointing.

Reformulation ended a fav :(

Honestly just so, so bummed by the reformulation this year. The package is smaller (75ml) and it just doesn’t melt into my skin the way it used to. RIP to a real one. I used to feel so glowy, now it feels…fine? Barely more moisturizing than my drugstore daytime cream and this no longer worth the $. Doesn’t even smell nice anymore

Nice brightening effect

After trying this product out for a few weeks, my face was noticeably brighter after only one or two applications even though this wasn’t really advertised. However, I did not notice that it made any difference to the redness on my face, although my skin often does not react to new products. The gel texture is very non greasy after it soaks in, but didn’t feel especially hydrating to me. This wasn’t a problem with my oily skin but it might be if you have dry skin. Overall, I really liked the brightening effect of this mask but I returned it because it didn’t seem to do anything else.

INCREDIBLE

Im amazed, I used it for the first time last night and the reduction in redness is incredible. I have a lot of redness in my cheeks and this has immediately reduced it. My skin also feels super soft!

Went from 100ml to 75ml

Did anyone else noticed that this product now has 75% of the original volume? It’s a great product otherwise.

This helped soothe and heal my skin within days after a bad breakout from microneedling. Worth it x100000

Did not improve my eczema and rosacea. A mask that does not absorb into the skin and pills throughout the night.

Can’t live without

I ordered this product accidentally but tried it and have been using it non stop since. It is so hydrating I love to use it with my retenols as a sandwich layer to prevent peeling. It feels so nice and when you leave it on you skin glows! I just purchased my 2nd bottle.

Eye burn

It caused burning in my eyes. I like their other products, however
