Grande Pro Pigment Palette Volume 2

Not for hooded eyes not long wearing

This is a beautiful that is going to get discontinued. Viseart eyeshadows aren’t the best for hooded eyes, they really don’t stay long on hooded kids and you will need to find the primer that works for you. I recommend glitter glue , the Marc Jacobs primer or a mixing medium. The first row are highlighter shades but they’re not that impressive. If you love duochrome I wld suggest the Coy (also getting discontinued) because there’s only one in this palette and it’s not that great .The second and last rows are beautiful base shadows with larger glitters in unexpected colors . They are amazing but you need to work with them to spread the glitters evenly and get them to stick. Most shadows in this needs to be applied with a finger because it will stick to the brush. The third row are metallics, they could be more foiled but they aren’t. I love this palette for the shades with glitters. Last row last shade is a magnificent pink with fushia glitters in it. It’s one of the most beautiful shade I ever seen and I’m trying to find a way to keep the glitters on my eyes. It’s a nice palette but I wouldn’t buy it again and if you have hooded eyes I wouldn’t recommend. They last an hour with a normal primer and less than 6 with a glitter glue. They kinda spread everywhere. My final thoughts is that yes, it’s beautiful , but not 230$ cad + tax beautiful. The packaging is not all that but you can feel it’s sturdy even thou it’s plastic. I will keep it but it’s not as impressive as the Coy, this palette is like nothing else and I have a huge makeup collection. If you have to pick one for shimmers I would say get the Coy , you will not regret it . It’s too expensive for what it is so only buy it if you really really want it

Their glitter palette is for Pro's which I am not. They work best with mixing mediums and that is something I dont have time for daily. Hands down Viseart makes the best mattes but Im not a fan of any of their glitter.

This Palette is Everything I dream about, Great Pigmentation and Amazing Quality, I dont know what i took me so long to get it, Just Make Sure to use a Glitter glue on top of your lid when appling the Shimmers, Metallic are Gorgeous, I want another already, Viseart Shadows are the best on the Market

Not worth it.

I wanted to love this so badly. I waited until the Sephora VIB sale to purchase, and I wanted to give it a fair amount of uses until I wrote my review. I really just think the colors are lackluster and not as vibrant as I was hoping. Some of these look ok if you use them as a topper but I prefer to just wear glitter shadows on their own. A lot of these are very similar in color and I just think you can find better elsewhere and for a much cheaper price. The Marc Jacobs sequin shadows are good, the Stila shadows are great, and many others.

Disappointed Viseart Fan

I love Viseart and watch their videos, as well as reviews of others who have used this palette to get the best tips and tricks how to utilize it. I have hooded eyes, and even with the esum glitter adhesive medium (as well as the Too Faced glitter glue) the glitter shades in columns 2 and 6 (10 shades) always, always, ALWAYS have fall out. It's been really frustrating given that the palette is $175 without tax and I can only use 2/3 of the palette. If you happen to have deep lids or a lot of lid space without hoods, this may work better for you. I still do enjoy some of the foil, highlight, and duo chrome shades though (but that's still not worth it to me) Moving forward I'll probably just have to stick with their mattes, as those are still some of my favorites.

Incredible Variety of Textures!

I was a little nervous at how functional this palette would be without any mattes, but was pleasantly surprised! The diversity of finishes and textures makes it so versatile. While definitely experienced fallout with the glittery shades in columns 2 and 6, it's nothing a damp brush and sticky primer can't fix! And the final look is so worth the extra step.

Pros -lots of options -doesnt feel squishy silicony -4 columns dont need mixing medium -reflective. -packaging CONS: -expensive (although value is great) -you need mixing medium in order for two columns to work nicely 2nd and last column -some shades are really flakey and do better over a sticky base. Experience with the palette Well I like this palette because the textures are so nice i like having variety and the amount of finish and color options are nice. It also helps that while you can make bright looks this palette is more wearable than it leads on to be. The glitter shades add a mature kinda sparkle Its not glitzy and overwhelming. Also the not sparkly shades like the metallics and the first column ....and the normal pearl shadows......those work really well and dont feel silicony like most shimmers or foils feel. these can be applied with a brush and are not the finger type shimmers. the colors also build up nicely meaning they are not one swipe type of eyeshadows. They dont lose luster over day as I've noticed some shimmers tend to do. Its also useful If you do makeup on others since its so concienient to carry around and there are enough flattering tones to fit alot of skin types i usually carry this palette for events or trips because i always end up doing someones makeup and this definitely keeps me prepared and it doesnt take up much space despite having lots of options to play with. veredict. get it if you like shimmers and variety and dont mind experimenting with application methods. dont get it if you like one swipe shimmers ...or shimmers shades that feel like butter. also if fallout is a big problem for you I'd say avoid it......you do have to have an extremely careful application with the last column and second to last color in the second column.

I have never been more disappointed in a palette in my life. I’m a huge Viseart fan and I enjoy my Grande Pro 1, and I watched every review video I could find before purchasing this. I know what the different columns are intended for and how to use the product. It doesn’t matter if I use mixing medium or glitter glue, the 2nd and 6th rows are extremely difficult to use. Unless you’re patting and applying more and more product, the [large] glitter chunks seem to mostly disappear, and the ones that do manage to stick fall off early in the day. I bought this palette to inspire me to experiment with more color eyeshadow looks, but it really doesn’t. The purple row at the bottom is especially disappointing with two very similar bright orchid purple colors. I would have loved to have seen more variety. The first and third columns are my favorite in terms of finishes, but the colors in the first all look so similar on the eye, and the 3rd is probably my least favorite of the of colors. I wouldn’t pay $30 for this palette, much less $175.

Sorry, it’s not worth the price. I was highly disappointed with all the shades that wouldn’t work for me.
