You can use your Sephora gift card in one or multiple transactions up to its amount credited, both in-store and online on sephora.com and on the Sephora mobile app. For each purchase, you can use up to five gift cards for a maximum total of $1000€ per order or checkout in store. Please note that gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, for Click & Collect and express courier deliveries. Learn more
There are several ways to check the balance and expiration date of your gift card. Visit us in-store with your card or check online at Sephora.xx. With just one click, you can see the remaining amount and its expiration date. Learn more
Your Sephora gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase*. Use it on sephora.com, the Sephora mobile app, or in any store in France, Monaco, and Luxembourg. Learn more
*Please note: if you receive a gift card from your company, your gift card will be valid for one year from its date of activation.

If you return an order/purchase paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card in-store or as a credit online. Log in to your account to access to your refund. (link to Sephora My Account). If you want to return a gift card purchased online, you have 14 days from the confirmation of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the gift card has not been used in whole or in part before the expiration of this period. After this period or if the card has been used, no refund of any kind will be possible. Gift cards are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced, or refunded, even partially, in case of loss, theft, damage, or expiration. No extension is possible once the expiration date has passed. Learn more
When purchasing an e-gift card on Sephora. XX, you can choose to send your e-gift card later by clicking on “send later” to invite your friends and family to contribute up to 200€ for the total amount of the e-gift card. Purchase an e-gift card with the amount you want to pay, then choose a limit date by which your relatives can contribute. After the payment of the e-gift card, a link will be generated and displayed in the order confirmation email. You may then share this link so that they can each add a contribution to the e-gift card up to the set deadline and total maximum amount. Beware, the total maximum amount of an e-gift cannot exceed 200€. In the event that you purchase a card with an initial value of 200€, the option [Nom de l'option “cadeau en commun”] cannot be activated. Learn more
